Everyone keeps arguing about free speech.
Wrong argument.
Nobody’s actually confused about whether people are allowed to talk. The Constitution isn’t under threat from a rapper, a late-night host, or a celebrity with a private jet and a public conscience. Speech is fine.
What changed isn’t the right to speak.
What changed is the business model of amplification.

The Games used to be appointment viewing. Now they’re fighting for attention in a world where people watch strangers open Pokémon cards for six hours straight.
